TopClean D provides more safety and time savings when pre-cleaning personal protective equipment. The machine replaces the tedious and risky manual process with a quick and safe one.
The TopClean D machine for professional pre-cleaning of PPE consumes only 5.8 litres per wash cycle despite high cleaning performance with swivelling wash pipes. RPE technicians save valuable time and reduce their risk of coming into contact with pathogenic germs, toxic fine dusts or burn-off residues to a minimum.
During the mechanical pre-cleaning of the PPE, all manufacturer specifications regarding temperature and dosage of chemicals are exactly adhered to.
Carry-over of hazardous particles from the outside of the mask to the inside is excluded thanks to MEIKO mask heads.
The ingress of water into the regulator is also impossible. This is ensured by the patented compressed air connection in the washing chamber.
As a front loader, the TopClean D pre-cleaning machine can be conveniently loaded with the rack extended. Another ergonomic plus point: the heat recovery reduces steam emission and promotes a pleasant room climate in the respiratory protection workshop.
